Perhaps Love

~ John Denver and Placidio Domingo
Perhaps love is like a resting place, a shelter from the storm.
It exists to give you comfort, it is there to keep you warm.
And in those times of trouble, when you are most alone.
The memory of love will bring you home.

Perhaps love is like a window, perhaps an open door.
It invites you to come closer, it wants to show you more.
And even if you lose yourself and don't know what to do.
The memory of love will see you through.

Oh love to some is like a cloud, to some as strong as steel.
For some a way of living, for some a way to feel.
And some say love is holding on and some say letting go.
And some say love is everything, some say they don't know.

Perhaps love is like the ocean, full of conflict, full of pain.
Like a fire when it's cold outside, thunder when it rains.
If I should live forever, and all my dreams come true.
My memories of love will be of you.

Dear David,

I just wanted to drop you a line and tell you how beautiful

the service was. We were fortunate to have had you officiate

such a momentous day in our life together. Your words

expressed our feelings towards each other so well.

I am only sorry that we didn?t get the chance to say

good-bye and to properly thank you.

We were so busy with pictures and toasting that when

we turned to look for you, you had already departed.

(I hope you were able to avoid your stalker squirrels on your way

back home. LOL)

Geri and I were wondering if we would be able to send

us the papers with our vows on it (the ones you read from)

for our Wedding scrap

book, if you wouldn't mind.

Please drop me a line when you get a chance and let me know

if you are able to send us the vows.

Thanks for everything you made us feel so comfortable with

your kindness and warm sense of humor.

Respectfully,

Chris  & Geri

Dear Dr. Cleveland

My partner and I want to be married at 1745 hours in

Oct,  2009, at 1 Commercial St, Pilgrims Park. We

are  familiar with obtaining our marriage license etc. Please let me    know what arrangements need to be made other than reviewing

your website. I have  tried to contact one JP,   3 times,

as we wanted a female JP, but she  has not returned my calls over the

last week. I also tried to contact a religious officiant, a man,

but he was not available on the days we wanted be married.

I further, tried to contact yet another JP, twice,

and he was going to be vacationing out of the

country that week.

I find it interesting that during Women's Week,

that JP's and Clergy are all taking their vacations and

not being available during the time of high probability

that there will be folks, such as ourselves, that will

want to be married than. Anyway I appreciate your

being available and willing to perform our ceremony,                           I enjoyed speaking with you, and look forward to meeting you.

I have realized that the sex of the JP, or clergy, is of little

matter and that having someone who is interesting and fun            and agreeable, such as you seem to be, is more important. See you soon.

Thanks, Barbara and Cary

Hi David how are you?

It is Domenico and Grady here, from Rome Italy
and Atlanta GA USA.
We were very excited to be married in P/town,
it is a very
beautiful place, and very special
too, to have you to celebrate our wedding for us.
You are a very nice and special person. We
want to come back if we have chance.
I hope the marriage will be legal soon, so to
be able to move in Atlanta, it's still not
legal for me as Italian.
So now we are back to Italy in Bologna. I hope
all is well with you David.. Here is the pictures
that you made for us . Hope to hear from you sometime..   Domenico & Grady.

Dave-What a great time, and thanks for all you did.

The weather was great, as you said "A Beautiful ,                            Sunny Cape Cod Day."  Hearing Cove allowed                                       to see some of the whales you were talking about.                            Thank You, Thank you, > and thank you!

LATER WE ARE GOING TO                 HAVE AN  OVER THE TOP TYPE WEDDING CEREMONY, IN CALIFORNIA AND  HOPE YOU CAN OFFICIATE AT THAT ALSO. THANKS AGAIN FOR     OUR WONDERFUL SERVICE!

Thanks-great talking with you--We looked forward to your     marrying us on July 14th. and we certainly

weren't disappointed. Thank you for your intuitiveness,              guidance and mostly for your sense of humor, which

was inserted at very appropriate moments. You said

many people cry during the ceremony, well you were                  so right! For a straight guy you have nothing but love

going on, and plenty of it. Thanks for caring so much,

and making this day our Special Day.

Daniel and Jose

Dear David,

Sue wanted to join me in saying "thank you"
for a super cool wedding on Friday!  The ceremony           certainly was both endearing and entertaining and                   even the weather was sunny,
like you promised, before it started to rain
about an hour later!  You did a great job and                                  it was a terrific start to our married life together!

Sincerely,
Sue and Mary

Thank you for a wonderful day.Your choice of the  Herring Cove Beach was the best. Thanks
Bonnie & Dale

David.......Just wanted to let you know that we received    your package with the copy of your ceremony wording.... we were going to ask you for it since it was very well written and very appropriate to our service.
We have also received the certified copies of the marriage certificate  from the Town Clerk's office. Everyone, starting with the clerks office Susy and       Thank you for processing  it so quickly.
Thanks again for everything.....especially your inspiring,   lovable,  and real ceremony.

Hi Dave, Gary and I just wanted to thank you
 for a beautiful ceremony.
We were very touched with the vow's and felt
